CONFERENCE FACILITIES the largest conference room on site seats 50 in theatre style, the next largest 30 and there are 6 other rooms that seat up to 12/15 in comfort.

LEISURE FACILITIES badminton, pitch and putt, tennis, table tennis, snooker, archery, croquet. There are 10 acres of flat grassland and 4 acres of woodland.

SOLE USE OF SITE if required.

TEAM BUILDING ACTIVITIES can be arranged on site (10 acres of grassland, 4 acres of woodland).

IDEAL FOR CELEBRATIONS parties, balls etc. The largest room will cater for about 50. Marquees have been erected – cater up to 150.

AMPLE OFF ROAD PARKING for up to 50 cars.

CATERING yourselves, outside caterers, large number of excellent pubs/restaurants in the area.

WE ARE VERY ADAPTABLE

COST £40 per head up to 24 hours, then £30 per head each subsequent 24hrs or part thereof. Minimum costing £400 – max cost £1750 eg a company recently stayed for 3 nights and had 37 delegates – actual cost should be £4070 – but cost for accommodation is capped at £1750.
