About The Conference Centre
Flagstone Farm Conference Centre is the ideal venue to host your residential meetings. Set in the countryside of the Cotswolds with luxury accommodation for up to 35 day delegates, or 26 residential delegates. The bright and spacious conference suite has all the facilities you need for a formal board meeting, brainstorming sessions, team building workshops and corporate training retreats.
The centre also has a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge and a kettle. Tea and coffee making facilities will be provided on arrival and you are welcome to store your own food and drinks in the kitchen during your stay. You can also choose to provide your own food, order catering to be delivered on-site or dine-out nearby.
The Conference Centre at Flagstone Farm has plenty of on-site facilities that are free to use during your stay, including, a full size tennis court with rackets, gym and games room, featuring table football, pool and table tennis.
Main Conference Suite
The main conference suite is furnished with 10 large leather sofas and chairs, suitable for seating up to 17 delegates. This room is laid out in an oval shape, facing inwards to create a collaborative meeting space.
Alternatively, you can have this room set up in boardroom style or seminar.
The main conference suite features a large projector screen, suitable for presentations, as well as optional paper flipcharts.

The boardroom features a large board table and comfortable leather seating for up to 14 delegates. The tables and chairs can also be disbanded add set up in classroom style, or the tables removed for a seminar style set up.
You are welcome to set the room as you choose throughout your visit, or we can arrange this for you prior to your arrival and make changes during your stay.
The boardroom has a large flat screen tv and camera, in which you can easily connect a laptop and use to display presentations or host web meetings.
In total we have 4 break-out rooms, all featuring fibre broadband and seating for up to 16 delegates. These rooms make ideal spaces for more intimate meetings or small team building activities.
The break-out rooms can be laid out in various ways, if you have a preference, please discuss this when making your booking.
