Flagstone Farm offers an exclusive-use conference centre in the heart of the Cotswolds. Our state-of-the-art meeting spaces are equipped with AV equipment, free high-speed fibre broadband, and a self-catering kitchen, providing you with everything you need for a successful corporate event.
About The Facilities
An exclusive use conference centre, set in the idyllic Cotswold countryside. The Perfect location for overnight or short-break corporate events and conferences.
All our conference facilities include fibre broadband, inclusive of your hire. The rooms are also fitted with central heating, air conditioning and will be professionally cleaned before and during your stay at no extra charge.
All furniture is hired inclusive of your delegate rate, including all the kitchen facilities. Should you require something specific, please let us know and we will endeavour to meet your needs.
Prices
Transparent Pricing: No Hidden Costs
At Flagstone Farm, we believe in transparent pricing. Excluding catering, everything is included in your delegate rate, giving you exclusive access to our conference facilities and luxury accommodation.
Less than 10 delegates: £85pp for 24 hours
10 or more delegates: £80pp for 24 hours
Extended Stay: £35 per delegate per night for every additional 12 hours

Whether you’re looking to energise your team with tennis and badminton or unwind with snooker, boules, or croquet, our on-site activities have you covered. Our games room also features table football, pool, and table tennis.
