What’s included in the delegate rate?

Included in the delegate rate is exclusive use of the conference centre, including the two main suites and all 4 break out rooms. The rate is inclusive of all the on-site facilities, this includes the gym the games room and the tennis court.

The delegate rate also includes one nights stay in our luxury accommodation.

Do I have to book accommodation to use the conference centre?

No, the conference centre is available as a day rate booking. To make an inquiry for day rate only, please contact us.

Is there a minimum number of nights?

There is no minimum number of nights, the standard delegate rate includes one overnight stay, additional nights can be added. Please enquire for a more accurate rate.

Can I choose the accommodation for our residential booking?

The accommodation will be subject to availability as we do still welcome holiday bookings during the week. However, if you have a preference, please let us know when booking and we will do our best endeavours.

Are there any catering packages?

While we do not provide on-site catering at Flagstone Farm Conference Centre, we do have strong relationships with local caterers who can provide breakfasts, lunches or evening meals for your business event.

Please let us know your requirements at the time of booking. You are also more than welcome to make your own catering arrangements.

Are there activities on-site?

We have ample outdoor space available for various activities, including a tennis court. There’s also a pitch and putt, badminton, boule, croquet as well as games in our games room. You can choose from snooker, table tennis and table football.

Is there a gym?

Yes, there is a small gym on-site and is free to use for guests.

Is there parking?

Yes, there is free on-site parking available for guests.
